Terms and conditions
Last updated: 31 August 2026
Scope and booking
These terms apply to chauffeur and passenger-transfer services offered by GHM Transport. A journey-specific written offer or confirmation forms part of the agreement and takes precedence where it expressly differs.
Submitting the website form is a non-binding request. A contract is formed only when GHM Transport sends written confirmation identifying the essential journey details, vehicle category, price and any journey-specific conditions. The customer must promptly report errors.
Prices and payment
Prices, currency, taxes, included services, payment timing and method are stated in the offer or confirmation. Additional services or material route changes may result in an adjusted price, communicated before acceptance where practicable.
Customer obligations
The customer must provide accurate contact, pickup, destination, timing, passenger, luggage, flight and special-requirement information, obtain required travel documents and ensure passengers follow reasonable safety instructions and applicable law.
Special luggage, mobility requirements and child-seat needs must be disclosed before confirmation so suitability and availability can be checked.
Vehicles and partners
A requested model is a preference unless expressly confirmed. An equivalent or higher-category vehicle may be provided where reasonably necessary. Qualified transport partners may perform a journey; GHM Transport remains the contractual contact unless the confirmation states otherwise.
Pickup, waiting and delays
The customer must be ready at the agreed pickup point and remain reachable. Flight monitoring or a pickup window cannot guarantee accommodation of every delay. Included waiting time and charges for extra waiting, parking, route changes or additional stops are stated in the offer or confirmation.
Changes, cancellation and no-shows
Rules and any fees are journey-specific and must be disclosed in the written offer or confirmation before acceptance. No cancellation, waiting or no-show fee applies unless it was communicated and accepted as part of the booking.
Liability
Each party is liable under applicable law. GHM Transport is not liable for delays or failure caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, such as severe weather, road closures, accidents, official measures or flight disruption, but will take reasonable steps to limit the impact and communicate available alternatives.
Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Data protection, law and jurisdiction
Personal data is processed under the privacy policy and journey information may be shared as necessary to perform the booking.
Swiss law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts at the registered place of business of GHM Transport have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer or other statutory venues. If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
